Hartford.
But with the choices listed, KC. Western Missouri has great fan support, just look at the CHL Missouri Mavericks in Independence, voted best fans in the league by players. The Scouts were horrible and the arena was in the middle of a railyard.

I don't think so. KC is another Atlanta. Besides, once Winnipeg, QC, and Hamilton get their teams I think the whole south of Pittsburgh experiment should forever be put to the stop. It's really interesting with KC. St Louis works, why wouldn't KC? It's strange how some southern teams work and some dont. Tampa and Carolina work (due to them winning Cups) yet Atlanta, Florida, and Nashville (to an extent) are brutal. But out West, LA, San Jose, and Anaheim have huge success, whereas Phoenix and Dallas (again to an extent) have nothing going. 15 sellouts and non-inflated attendance that's usually over 15K....yeah, Nashville's staying. Go Preds!

Nashville's not going anywhere. I don't know why people think they are candidates for relocation...

Hartford deserves a team but it is criminal that Hammer doesn't have one yet.

If Quebec and Winnipeg gets Atlanta and Phoenix, I wouldn't be surprised if Bettman put an expansion team in Phoenix a few years later.
