i always find it hilarious that the ice level seats are soooo much more expensive then the other seats. imo those seats are horrible.

^ Ice level seats are crappy but Americans are willing to pay big bucks for them because in basketball, courtside is considered prime seating. Hockey teams exploit that by charging top dollar for front-row even though the view from 10 rows up is better (i.e. you can actually see both ends of the ice).
But that is hilarious - those tickets are dirt cheap (minus the front rows). And people say Winnipeg can't afford the NHL? Cripes, if a NHL team charged those prices in Winnipeg, every single game would be sold out for the season with a mile-long waiting list. Compare those prices to any Canadian NHL team and find out what "small market" really means (i.e. Atlanta, Phoenix).

The best seats are the green, $46. I didn't even look at the pricing and thought if it were up to me, I'd take th green section.
