HELP!........I'm sure one of you could help me,I found some audio from a game that 58CKY did in what I believe to be on a Friday in March of 1988 and I'm thinking of throwing it on Youtube, but I would really like to know what the date of the game was,and possibly the score.
I only have maybe half of the second period, but its still a good listen. It includes a couple of Jet goals.
If I close my eyes it's like I'm 15 again listening to the Friar,Kurt and Perry Miller talk about Hawerchuk,BIG Mac,McBain,Ellet and Kyte (CRAP!GET HIM OFF THE ICE!)for the 1st time.
What I can confirm about the game is..... -Against LA in March -1st game of doubleheader (2nd game was on a Sunday afternoon) -Reddick and Melanson are in goal and Dionne is still playing for the Kings.
I'm sure one of you ppl have a schedule (and score)from 88 and could help me out.

Must be those, because in March of the 87/88 we didn't play the Kings.
Browsing the scores of that year though...
11/25/1987 loss 10-8 to Red Wings 2/3/1988 beat Calgary 9-0 2/6/1988 tied Minnesota 8-8 3/5/1988 beat the Leafs 10-1
That stuff is just classic, you don't see that very often anymore, especially not multiple times by the same team.

Could also be 1990. March 2, 1990 was a Friday, 9-3 win over the Kings. On the 4th we beat the Kings 5-2.

Thanx Guy's,I'll have to listen to it again, maybe it's not march. The score after 2 periods is 4-0 Jets and Maclean and Neufeld are still on the team so it's not 1990 I know that.
Playing for the Jets were......
Hawerchuk,MacLean,McBain,Neufeld,Wilson,Smail,Turnball,Nill,Rooney,Hamel,Boschman,Oluasson,Kyte,Ellet,Marois,Watters and Reddick in goal.

I dunno, Edmonton is making a pretty good attempt at it this year. Although the 18 total goals is tough to beat. Tue, Nov 18 @ Columbus W 7-2 Tue, Dec 16 Chicago L 2-9 Tue, Jan 27 Buffalo L 2-10 Sat, Feb 7 @ Detroit L 3-8 Wed, Feb 11 Montreal W 7-2
