Yup, even though MTS Cnetre is the smalllest and tightest, it has the BEST Clean Lines!

appearance wise...Winnipeg looks good...I'd probably still Xcel Energy Centre though...

As someone who has been to games in Winnipeg, Phoenix, Dallas and Grand Forks (as well as Edmonton).....
I can honestly say....
(a) when sitting in the lower "Bowl" of any of these buildings....there is really no difference.
(b) when sitting in the upper deck, Winnipeg, Grand Forks and Edmonton are the place to be as you are not ten miles from the ice surface.
(c) if the concourse and "amenities" are what turn your crank at a hockey game, then Phoenix and Dallas are the place to be.
