I don't think teemu's record will ever be broken. I don't think it's possible to score as many empty netters as Teemu did.

he very well could break it, but keep in mind he won't continue clipping at the pace he is now. granted he is on a like with Crosby, he'll probably max out somewhere in the high 50's to mid 60's.

I doubt it. Malkin could be the next Gretzky, but he's not going to light it up 77 times in a season in his first year, IMO.
