Oh yes, thanks to CJOB, he pointed out something I didnt think of. Exhibition game revenues! On average a team has about 4-5 home exhibition games, bringing the total home game up to 45 instead of 41 . Thats an extra 4 games of revenue that I dont believe any of us had thought of before! remeber to use that when calculating any ticket revenues!

lets throw down a $60.50 average ticket price ($24.00 - $97.00 price range. I dont know exact number of seats that would be in each price zone, so we will just shoot for the middle for a best guess).
Lets also shoot low for attendance, and assume that we will only draw about 10 thousand people to the exhibition games, and there will be 4 of them.
10000 people x 4 games x $60.50/seat = $2,420,000.00 in exhibition games alone. That doesn't even include ANY of the other revenue sources/game... food and beverage would have sales for 4 more games, 4 more PPV games, etc. etc. etc.
PPV could also offer insentives with the exhibition games.... Free game for everyone using MTS TV, people would tune in and get hooked, be more likley to order a game at one point or another... Or they could have an Early bird sign-up, where people who sign up for a mini-pac PPV would get all 4 exhibition games free. (tack that word "FREE" onto anything, and Winnipeggers ears will pirk up). or Reduce prices by 50%, get a regulair season game free when you order all the exhibition games... possibilities are endless.

I think season ticket holders should get free or half price on televised road games the Jets play.

I don't know how to work this out in your calculations but exhibition ticket prices would probably be cheaper than regular season tickets. If I didn't have enough money for season tickets because of me being in University, I would definitely get a mini pack, and get a pack of digital tv games.

Included in a season ticket package, could be a "gift certificate" for x number of away games on PPV, or 50% off all away games, or somthing like that... good idea.

Actually, last time I went back to Winnipeg they were GIVING preseason tickets away. I stopped by the Jets shop that used to be in PoloPark and they gave me 4 tickets. Mind ya I was only 14 or so at that time and they were crappy tickets, but they still just gave them to me.
Did you remember to include the special events held through out the year in your revenue sources? Remember the events that the Jets Wives Club used to host? The days you could take your family to meet the players and play like $10 for a pic with Thomas Steen, or buy Darren Shannon's autograph for like $2, or take a shot on Stephane Beauregaurd(sp?) for like $5. And tickets to get in were already like $5 a piece.
