ok if they would raise to the roof to add more seating then maybe could have restaurants lounges in the upper deck where u have tables that seat 2 - 6 people that faced to see the the game underneath. To have that priviledge you would have to pay a cheap season ticket package and mini packs to sit there.. New Jerseys new arena will have in there upper decks that and there tables are cut in a half circle to save space.
