Sears, Canadian Tire, and many other places have things called Wedding Registrys. They have been VERY lucrative for both companys. The fact is, Weddings are a GREAT way for alot of companies to make ALOT of money.
Bachelor and Bachelorette partys are just part of the astronomical bill at the end of the big event. The NHL team could easily tap into this business, in more ways than one.
Get Canadian Tire or Sears to tap into this one by sponcering it. thats right Charge them for each ticket to the game, and charge them to call it the Canadian Tire Bachelor Party. Hang a few ads for it, and you have an extra few bucks fron the sponcer.
The night would start with a Jets Game, and then Move to the Runway.

Canadian Tire would get the advertising, and more importantley the couple would book the Registry with them. Great cash grab from Canadian Tire. Spend Money to Make money as the old saying goes.
