I've changed my prediction. I now believe they'll finish with 2 wins, 16 losses. The Bombers will have yet another dreadful year I'm afraid... If I'm wrong, I will personally pay each member of the board $25.00 well, they're halfway there ;D, to bad this guy got banned cause my pocket wouldn't be opposed to having an extra $25 in it

Then Yogi, you must be an ignorant old man. don't disregard people because they are young. You continually show your ignorance with your non stop insults of anyone whose smarter than you are, or whose openion differs. Don't like what the 'kid' says then say so and show him your right, but do it with some facts and class, not just whining and insults!

Yogi, you seriously have nothing.
We bring stats, and facts, you just bring mindless insults.
You're right that I'm still a kid, but that doesn't mean I'm not intelligent. Clearly I have a lot more to offer here than you do. But you're right; this is a hockey site, not football. So it's understandable that one of the platinum members knows nothing about football.
Anyways, seeing as I am (and I quote) "a dumbass little kid" this post was meaningless. I just wonder, what McDonalds you work at Yogi, because clearly you are the "dumbass little kid"
How you got to be a platinum member on this site, I have no clue...... but it sure does say a lot about the integrity of this site........
Get back to me yogi if you didn't understand what integrity meant.

i'm sick of arguing with you since you know nothing so my final statement is
offense wins games defence wins championships, and currently the defence has shut down the opposition 91.7% of the time, 1st in the league, more than 20% higher than any other team

Again your insults are inane. I can (and have) read the whole series of posts, so not being around since the beginning??? You guys carry on part of your argument on the phone or by mail? What a knob.
As for my 7 posts, again, a stupid comment. If I spew a few hundred mindless statements to the thread then you'll take me seriously?
So no one - regardless of their credentials - has any knowledge of sports worth listening to unless they've posted a few hundred times?
I'm sure that your platinum standing in this forum has raised you to legendary status in the international sporting community.
I'm getting a picture forming of you, and I see a washer/dryer in the front yard, pickup truck, and big dog. Getting warm?

AND</b. it shouldn't be about whose right and wrong. Some jarring back and forth is good - fun even, but I think there is still room for respecting peoples opinions. People complain about the youth all the time, when you see how they are treated here by self inflated egotistical people it really makes me wonder who’s worse. At least the kids have an excuse in that they are still developing and can be immature - what's the adults’ problem?
I think you represented yourself well Couch, regardless of whose right - don't feel that all adults think you have nothing to offer because you are young.

i think the bombers are the most underrated team this season and will be the team to surprise everyone. glenn will get it together as soon as he gets into the groove. with berry's help he will get there. he had over 30tds last season for goodness sake. you dont do that by accident. the defense is great and i dont think have even totally gelled yet and the offense is just a time bomb waiting to explode.

Come to think of it, I think the BBs won most of their recent Grey Cups with average or sub-par QB's. Austin in 1990, Salisbury in 1988. Although Clements was OK in 1984.

He was definately better than OK. The eighties and prior were the best times for the CFL, now it's just not the same

Actually wasn't it Salisbury in 88 and TOM Burgess in 1990? Oh and Clements ok, He was the Man, Doug Flutie Always reminded me of Tom Clements, I wish we would have had him his whole career!

I predict the Bombers will finish with 3 wins and 15 losses this year. We've played dreadful in the exhibition games... "exhibition means nothing" you say? Alright... but you won't be saying that on Friday night after the Alouettes have embarrassed us. I've learned it's much better to be a pessimist if you're a Bomber fan. Yes, I know they'll probably finish better than 3-15. But the only way to be pleasantly surprised when the season is done is to assume they'll do horribly this year ;D Blackie, you're an entertaining poster, and an asset to the forum, but you don't know Go Jets Go-all about the CFL!
