And surprisingly the mentioned Washington may fold (or relocate for that matter).

This was a great article. I glanced at it, but haven't had time to read it in detail yet.
Potentially 4-5 teams relocating? All we need is one!

Pittsburgh, Carolina, and Anaheim are still my top 3 teams that will look to relocate by 2006-07.

Well you can probably scratch Anaheim now, since they have those new billionaire owners that say they're committed to keeping the team in Anaheim, long-term...
