Ofcours it means we can still get the jets. This 42 million dollar cap means this is the most a team can spend. So we could still operate with a 30 or 35 million salary we just cant spend more then 42 million.

If they dont accept the offer though it will only make our chances better because Gary Bettman has already told Bob Goodenow that the offer will only get smaller if they wait till next year. So we would benifit most if the season was cancelled but it could also work with the 42million cap that the nhl has offered right now. To me it's a win win situation with a cap as long as it dosent exceed 50million.
