The site owner doesn't have the balls to print my rant. LOL I told him so as well. I e-mailed him my opinion about the lockout, and how it is Go Jets Go to blame it solely on one man Gary Bettman. His site is funny, but if he even remotely believes this will change the owners opinion of Gary, since they gave him the mandate to lockout the players, and not budge one bit, then it would be quite a surprise.

As much as Gary Bettman is to fault for the lockout, Bob Goodenow is equally or even more to blame. Atleast Bettman is now trying to better the game as opposed to Bob Goodenow who is just trying to make the players more money.

As strange as this sounds, GB is our best chance of getting a team back (yes, I realize he took our team in the first place).

Yes Bettman ruined the very fabric of the NHL, but in the 1994 strike/lockout he did not have the power over his owners like he does now. Actually at that time he was adamant with the owners to stick with a salary but the owners ignored him and wanted a deal done. So lets get our facts straight.

Actully, to be precise, it was Ed Snider who wanted to go back to work. I believe his exact words were something like, (and I paraphrase) "Screw Winnipeg! Let's play hockey."
