might have already been finished.. but when people say Columbus should relocate, they aren't a hockey city...
Are they on crack? lol I mean really.. 56 straight sell outs plus standing room. The team doesn't even make the playoffs and look how they do. They have a population of just over 700,000 (cencus from 2000)
I saw someone on here mention they give away 2/3 of there tickets... well the poeple that buy them must pay a hefty Go Jets Go price. Columbus MADE money last year. a 24 Million dollar salary to pay the players.
Nationwide even has a deal with one of there other teams to use the arena for the next season. even more revenue...

Yeah I'm pretty sure whoever told you that or wherever you got that from isn't much of a credible source. I remember them saying that them making the playoffs would 'boost' their attendence.

Bah, I really gotta start reading dates on articles I find... The Destroyers moved into Nationwide for the 2004 season, and that has brought alot of revenue for Nationwide...
Damn that time machine!!!

Ahh then you're absolutely correct! Columbus gets awesome attendence. They'll be an awesome team in a few years! No harm done with the mix up!

Agreed. And not only that, but people get confused because of Gary Bettmans vision for the south and the new teams all being far from our boarder. Infact the geographic location of Colombus is alot farther North than people first assume.
