Dave Ellett's OT goal was one of the best sports moments in Winnipeg's history. Period. It still makes me tear up watching the puck go in and the ensuing pandemonium unleashed in the old barn.

Welcome aboard, Death! I knew you at Winnipegforums.Com. You will be a great addition to our forum! tyvm for the warm welcome. It's great to see so many jets postings. Man, at a time when there's an NHL lockout, plus the fact that the Jets have been gone for almost 10 years, there's still so much support for the Jets. We so deserve an NHL team!

I was there. I had just turned 14, and my bud and I were sitting in the Oilers end, first row of the upper deck. Never seen anything like it. We took the bus back, and everyone was in such a great mood!

Jeff Dooley has almost all the Jets games on tape. He will make copies for anyone for only $17 a tape, and no discount for multiple tapes unfortunately... He will rerecord them onto VHS or DVD, I dont know what the site is but I think there is a link from Curtis Walker's website.
