I just heard this today and it took me a couple of seconds to put it together...... takes me back to the old barn, walking through the concourse during 2nd intermission with smoke so thick you couldn't see more than 20 yards waiting in line for the trough...... www.youtube.com/watch?v=fYGLZ-NOqyQ

Did they play that during the intermissions? I don't recall that at all!
I sure have vivid memories of walking through the concourses during the intermission, though. Before Winnipeg Enterprises painted the place in the mid-90s in a half-hearted effort to make the place look modern, it looked like something out of the 60s with the old-fashioned concessions and signs. And yes, that smoke...
It's too bad that the concourse was never photographed. There are tons of pics of the ice and the players, but to fans the concourse was something we all have memories of!

yes they did, I remember it like it was yesterday, would sit and watch the zamboni (making sure he didn't miss a spot )and that guy run around the boards with that edger and that song would be playing, ..burned a memory into my brian I tell ya! 1984ish is when I think it started, they played it for years, hell I could of sworn up until they left.
