Allure Global Solutions, Inc., has announced completion of a comprehensive installation of its digital menu boards and merchandisers into all concession and food service outlets at Philips Arena in Atlanta, Ga. This initiative includes 31 concession and food service outlets utilizing 110 Philips 42-inch LCD displays.
Based on attendance figures, Pollstar Magazine recently named Philips Arena, which is the home venue for the NBA’s Atlanta Hawks, NHL’s Atlanta Thrashers and the WNBA’s Atlanta Dream, the No. 2 concert and events venue in the United States and the No. 5 concert and events venue in the world.
The Allure Global Digital Menu Board solution enables Philips Arena and its concession partner, Levy Restaurants, to ensure individual concession site-level menu compliance to best impact consumer behavior. The menu boards offer the flexibility to support diverse menu versions, seasonal price changes, full motion video of food products and numerous promotional items, including team and venue marketing and sponsor messaging.
“Our digital menu board solution will allow the Atlanta Hawks, Thrashers and the Atlanta Spirit to control the messaging on an event-by-event basis,” said Craig K. Chapin, president and CEO of Allure Global, Atlanta, Ga. “Philips Arena can now manage content to a very granular level, even changing out various products where the event makes it more conducive to sell.”
The menu boards offer the flexibility to support diverse menu versions, seasonal price changes and full motion video of food products. “Customer satisfaction is our top priority and Allure’s video menu boards provide us with the flexibility to deliver to our teams’ fans and our events’ guests the concessions options that their buying habits are telling us they prefer,” said Bob Williams, president, Atlanta Hawks and Philips Arena, and executive vice president, Atlanta Spirit, LLC.
