What do YOU think of their new Manitoba Moose Playoff Slogan? I gave them my point of view on it months ago...and told them that it sounds TERRIBLE!!! When I think of "Believe In Green", I think of the Saskatchewan Rough Riders....

I cant understand why they don't just promote a White out. I get that it was a NHL thing, but there are too many shades of green. It doesn't work.

MB Moose planning on going to a full green jersey for 2010-2011.
This would explain the slogan ( Believe in Green ) & Explain why they are trying to sell off ALL remaining Jersey's.........

I still believe that (should the Coyotes not come back here) the NHL team will continue to be called the Manitoba Moose. Colours/colour scheme may change but I think that logo is gold for True North. If the Coyotes stay put...the "Whiteout" as we know it in Winnipeg is dead...as (I believe) it is owned/trademarked by that franchise. Going green and beginning new traditions is not going to phase me as long as I am watching the NHL at MTSC! note: please don't turn this thread into another "name" debate

Everyone has their preference - and the majority would prefer "Jets", of course (as would I) - but anyone who says they won't get on board with a team if it's called anything but "Jets" really needs to get over themselves.

I hope people won't get upset at what the team is named. They will be playing for Winnipeg/Manitoba and I could care less if they wore pink and purple jerseys and called themselves the Fighting Zebras.
I think the Moose have a sharp looking logo (the new one) and it could work well. There are a lot of modifications that can be done with the Jets logo too to make it sharp.
I really hope people get over the name thing for when a team comes back.
I think the "Believe in Green" saying with a menacing picture of Cory Schneider on the Moose site looks awesome.

As if you guys would actually be pissed if our future NHL team isn't called the Jets??? Get over it, as long as we get a team back thats all that matters. And the new Moose logo is fantastic, I would've had a problem with our new team being called the Moose only if they used that stupid 'cute disney' moose logo.

^ I actually would be upset if it wasn't the Jets. yes its not as important as getting a team, but I want the old name back. Its important to many people... so getting over it wouldn' t do. Sorry... your opinion .. my opinion.

Either way tho, the slogan is way too much like the Riders, and it just too close... too bad they didn't take the advice given above

I think this looks pretty sharp. But everybody is entitled to their own opinion. I do actually like the Moose colours (the new black and green and brown).

i don't think they have washed that Oscar the Grouch puppet since Sesame Street came on the air. I know he lives in a garbage can, but come on, throw the bugger in the wash once every decade. he must be teeming with disease. not a good example for the kids on hygiene.

I think it's ok..but if they use it again in the future, I don't know about that. I get the feeling that they will I guess I'm on the fence on this.
