the man who calls us "jetties"? he's been personally been taking shots at this site, darren in particular, and everything else winnipeg since i've been on hfboards.i'd classify him as a "hater". but ,i have a better question...why would you advocate for him? he's a "lawyer" he can defend himself. Because he asked me to. He was wondering why his accounts were deleted twice. I don't care what he calls us. Everyone deserves one chance and it reflects very poorly on this site for moderators to be prejudging people based on what they have said on another board. prejudging? are you kidding me? look anytime you want to be mod ask df. that guy doesn't even have the respect to call us winnipeggers, he calls us "jetties",pollyanahs"etc. he can take a hike. |

( Nor Could I ever support your stance at regaining a Moderator Position after taking sides with this person. ) I've gone back and read myself some of his / her comments regarding not only Winnipeg's opportunity to gain entry back into the NHL, but, his comments regarding Members on this site; Winnipeggers personally, and the Province of Manitoba. I'm actually quite astonished and ashamed you've taken the position of defending such garbage and makes me a little worried as to your future involvement within the site. I can only hope you are more mature; and do not ever come down to the same level this person has. Reading his / her comments makes me wonder if they may need help from a psychiatrist to gain a better sense of normalcy. I don't want to hear about this person anymore, and if there is any indication you have any involvement bringing this person to this site; and helping hide their identity through posting for them; you will only be putting yourself on the same podium. Let's get one thing straight. I have been equally angered and offended at some of the things that he has posted at HF. But he has come nowhere near to the equivalent of calling someone's mother a (what you said). I myself have been at times under attack on this board for not towing the party line that everything is roses, so yes, there are a certain number of posters here that are unable to accept a different opinion, even if it is stated respectfully. No matter what, everyone deserves one chance is all I'm saying. If he gets out of line, then is the time to take action. It's embarrassing to me as a longtime member to see such bias and prejudgment because all it does is give credence to all the nasty things he's said about this place and us. And I cannot tell you how much I resent your threatening implication that I could be banned for doing something that I have given no one any reason to believe I would do. Don't let being a moderator go to your head. |

i don't believe you'll try to "sneak him in", but i do believe WHOLEHEARTEDLY that he doesn't need to be here. because as he has already proven, he will try to embarrass us on hfboards. even the mods there have deleted some of his posts taking shots at winnipeg. so please,give it a rest already.

Hey did insult the site and it's members, which was based on lurking it. If he has nothing good to say about jetsowner.com than there is no reason to be a member.

Now, that may or may not have turned out to be true, but we will never know because of overzealous moderation. |

Based on what we know about the individual the odds were he was here to troll and as for the pms cmon DK its quite easy to lie and sound sincere over the internet. You get a bunch of little wannabe moderators whining and asking for people to be banned for following the natural course of a conversation, yet many of those same people then go on to post swearwords to see a juvenile little picture. Unless it was moved somewhere I haven't seen......why was the twitter thread deleted? This was a great source for info from sources other than the usual voices. Simply b/c people were posting more that just tweets? Because the mods didn't like IceEdgeDJ's tweets?

im pretty sure it was deleted because people here cannot follow instructions.
Jimi has asked repeatedly to keep the twitter thread to just tweets.
the last time he asked it was followed up by 9 posts, none of which were tweets.
and yes razor, i was breaking the rules to try to enforse them..
so there you go, cant follow direction then this is what happens
