Are on sale now, starting at just $9 a game, or $44 a month. A deposit of $99 secures your seats for next season. -- as per the team's latest email newsletter.
Hmm...
Coyotes season tickets: $9 x 42 = $378 VS Bombers season tickets: $44.79 x 9 = $403.10
Of course, the Coyotes tickets are in the upper reaches, while the Bombers seats are midrange in price (endzone to 15 yardline lower deck or midfield upper deck), but STILL. How bad do things have to get???

Is it just me or are they selling season tickets a little early? I know they aren't making the post season but, without a proper schedule out, this seems odd. Perhaps they are just trying to guage how next season will pan out & if it's "economically viable" to stay in Phoenix for another year!

For them $9.00 a seat is better than nothing and it inflates their paid attendance numbers in order to qualify for subsidies. Jokes! Opps Yotes, samething I guess. I am surprised the NHLPA does not have a say on bottom end ticket prices. Gretzky must be proud to have fans who have to pay only $9.00 to watch millionaire hockey players! Good grief Charlie Brown!

Obviously, they are beginning to sell next years' inventory to pay this years' bills.
Double, double toil and trouble; Fire burn, and caldron bubble.....

How bad do things have to get??? More disturbingly: Manitoba Moose package prices: - Highest price: Club seats at $1744 for 42 games ($32 per game)
- Mid range: Copper seating at $840 for 42 games ($20 per game)
- Cheapest seats in the house: Green seating at $588 for 42 games ($14 per game).
www.moosehockey.com/seasonticketsThis means that our cheapest ticket buyers are paying a 55% premium for AHL tickets over what Phoenix fan (singular intended) is paying for his poverty plan ticket - for NHL hockey!. Those paying top dollar for our club seats would be within striking distance of lower deck endzone seating with the 'yotes ($1744 for the Moose vs. $1760 for the 'yotes). coyotes.nhl.com/tickets/season_tickets.htmSounds like a good plan to ensure long-term viability and guarantee that the disaster in the desert will remain a going concern for the foreseeable future. m.

That's why the Moose will never get a dollar from me to support Vancouvers farm team or their hockey monoply, in a hockey starved city.

So just because there are terrible hockey markets out there the Moose should limit their prices? Doesn't matter, but it is a good thing to throw at people who claim that Winnipeg can't afford NHL prices.

Darn, you can get coyotes season tickets and tickets themselves for cheaper than or as cheap as Canadian Hockey League ones and CHL only got 34 home games a season plus playoffs games...

Whats wrong with True North Making a buck? First it shows that people in Winnipeg will pay top dollar to watch hockey Second it puts money in the bank for any possible future franchises that come up for sale. With MTS selling out practically every venue it holds (concerts), and the moose getting good gate receipts its only a good thing as far as bank rolling any future N.H.L franchise.

I don't have any problem with the Moose pulling in the bucks. My point (and my irritation) is that Phoenix is charging at such a discount that I'm paying more for my AHL ducats than the desert dogs are charging for NHL - and still can't pull asses into the seats. So for those who say Winnipeg won't pay NHL prices we can honestly say 'we already are'! m.

If the site is going to change significantly, and if it's worth the effort, then I would gather from that the site will be around for quite some yet... just thinking out loud.
