So was Clinton, just on a different level.

It doesn't matter who the President is because congress and the senate with all of their dinosaurs who have been there since Christ was in Kindergarten make the laws. The Prez is just a figurehead who exists for foreign policy and the UN and aside from that is irrelevant for the most part.
