Keep your eyes on Kevin Glenn.
I'm not convinced he is totally out as the media has been playing up. A broken throwing arm would be a different story. But a broken non-throwing arm isn't a deal breaker for a QB. Cortizone shots 2 and 4 hours before the big game can have him in the game running the same short pass controlled game he has all season. Handing the ball off or pitching it to Roberts may be the most difficult task for Glenn this weekend.
Once the game ends (just 5 hours in total), then he can take the pain killers and get the arm re-casted in a permanent cast.
You do what you need to do to win the big game. Especially if this could be the biggest game of your career.

MATT DUNNIGAN in 1991 here in Winnipeg, anyone remember? Separated shoulder.................. Exactly. Remember that almost all ligament pulls or even ligament tears are way more painful than broken bones. Although Dunigan had the mindset of a linebacker more than a QB. Ever hear of a "playing cast"? I think the Blue and Gold are keeping this one under their hat to keep Sask defensive strategies off balance. I will be as surprised to see Glenn in the game as Glenn not in the game. I would dress him as the third string even if the Bombers won't play him just to keep the Sask defensive co-ordinator busy thinking throughout the game. CCM

From the footage i've watched.....& the pain he was in, he has SERIOUS damage. Far beyond a "broken arm". There has been some talk amongst coaches & media that Glenn will be lucky to be ready for training camp.

I heard on the radio he will be fine soon. I dont recall hearing if it was his throwing arm that was done. If it isnt then I wouldnt completely rule it out, I've seen players play with a broken foot and they just pain killered up. I think the bombers should dress him and get him on the sidelines just to try and throw the riders off, maybe even use the media to try and confuse the riders.

That's ridiculous. It's not a hairline fracture, it's a break. With a cast from his shoulder to his wrist, he's not playing even if he was playing against a bunch of schoolgirls.
But on the other hand, they are playing the Riders.

Glenn's not going to be playing. I broke my arm this summer, and there's no way he will be playing with a broken arm, regardless of which aarm it is. Virtually impossible.
