I consider myself a secondary when it comes to being a bombers fan. I wear the jersey watch the games on TV and try to make it to a game when their here playing the Eskimos(barf). But when it comes to stats or really knowing who each player is, i don't have clue.
Yesterdays game made me wonder what all the fuss is about. Glenn looked pretty good, especially when the receivers do their jobs and get a few more yards after the catch.

i admit glenn looked sharp yesterday. one game isn't gonna change my views tho. if he can do that all year, i have no problem changing my opinion.
not that i'm trying to argue or anything, but i honestly thought quinn looked better than glenn did. 6-7 passes, 103 yards or w/e it was, that's pretty awesome.

You have a bit of a point, but in this case you give the nod to the starter!

If glenn proves what I already suspect though (that he is terrible), Quinn looks reliable in relief.

This is the same thing as last year. QB goes into the game late, after it's out of reach, gets the numbers against a D that ain't tryin to hard, and then this guy should start games? Where is Tee Martin these days???

Tee Martin was brutal too. Glenn's not very good, and Quinn probably isn't either, but from what I saw, they look to be about the same calibre. I don't think either of them should be starting to be honest with you. But there is no one else. I know yogi disagree's but I think Michael Bishop would even be better, and he's on free agents right now.

I agree on any other team he's probably a back up, but he's our starter. In the same breath, Quinn on any other team is on the practice roster. If in a game Glenn's and not producing then throw Quinn in for a couple of rep's. If the game's out of reach either way through Quinn in. Not like Dave Ritchie though. He was fired because he stuck by his man too long. Down by 35 at the half and would not pull his starter and give him a break. Always go back to Glenn!

look who else saskatchewan had, henry burris. they kept nealon green, is he a starter? no. plus glenn was traded here. duh. toronto knew bishop wasn't a starter so the CUT him. you've just ruined your argument about bishop all by your self little man

I knew that Glenn and Bishop left there former respective teams in different ways dumb As$, what I was saying was that they were both let go by there teams in one way or another.
Bishop would be better than Glenn anyday.
Oh and BTW, I'd say over the last 4-5 years, Saskatchewan has been making better decisions than the bomber management. Seeing as how they've at least BEEN to the playoffs recently. God you are dumb.

getting angry are you? now that glenn is proving to be all the things i've claimed you're having a hard time keeping your temper down. ' do you still believe this? wow, you really are a riders fan. some random unemployed QB that was released by his team before training camp is better than the reigning player of the week, who could win more games throwing with his left hand then bishop could win at all? you're quite the dumb little boy. don't they have schools out in saskatchewan? guess not or you'd be able to figure out that being released and being traded are 2 diffrent things.

Yeah I do still believe it. The only reason I'm getting angry is because you keep insulting me for being young. Just because you're a 300 pound 40 year old with a whacking arm the size of Arnold, you don't have to take it out on me.
Why do you keep saying player of the week, like it's some huge honour? I mean, Khari won it a bunch of times... but I recall you saying he sucked. It's no honour, it's one week, big deal.

i said khari sucks? no way. when we traded him he was past his prime but he did wonders for us. player of the week is a huge honour when you keep calling glenn crap, proves you wrong, thats all. ps, you should try to work on your insults some more, calling me a 300 pound 40 year old man does nothing cause i'm nowhere near either. trry again kid

Kevin Glenn is far better then Michael Bishop. Take a look at Glenn's numbers from last year. Yes, he was unable to lead the Bombers to many victories, but his numbers were fantastic, even more so when you consider he played on a Go Jets Go team.
I'm not yet convinced Glenn is the man, but you can't argue with his numbers from all of last season.

GO GLENN Keep proving these morons wrong Soon the league will realise a small man like you can accomplish big things and that'll be the GC this year !!! You'll set a career season for you and continue to build on it with your uprise to the Elite QB's ! This is the season folks let the rise of the Glenn era begin ! We believe in you buddy !

Glenn looked good today. I'm happy that he isn't throwing picks, and that the O line is doing a great job of protecting the QB. Roberts did a great job too, and Stegall, too many names to mention. Good effort all round by the Bombers.
Hope Warner isn't gone for to long though.......
