While I am not a big fan of T.O., I would never go so far as to say it sucks, just not my thing that's all. Fully expecting to hear about this one, but...... Vancouver is a great city.

Come on, clearly Winnipeg is the greatest city ever. I mean, who doesn't love cold, desolate, isolated cities.

Who voted for Hamilton because I hope they were joking, Hamilton is the dirtiest and most run down city in Canada. Even the people that live in Hamilton know this.

You Suck. Clearly you have never been out of your parents basement before. I moved out of my folks basement in 1995, when I was 18. How many cities have you been to? I have been to most cities in Canada. Vancouver, Victoria, Kamloops, Kelowna, Calgary, Edmonton, Red Deer, Regina, Saskatoon, Thunder Bay, Toronto, Ottawa, London, Montreal, Quebec, Moncton, Saint John, Halifax, etc. I can tell you one thing I have learned. Canada is an awesome country, and Toronto sucks. It's overcrowded, the people are cold, and the Lake stinks. The Blue Jays suck, the Leafs are choke artists, and the Skydome is overrated. There is a thick cloud of smog over the city, so you cannot see the CN tower, until you are in old Toronto. I can go on for days, but I don't think Toronto is worthy of my time.

I have been to 3 cities in Canada, Winnipeg (where I was born), Regina and Toronto. I have lived in big cities in the States and must say that I prefer a larger city. When I was in Toronto it seemed very clean, great subways, friendly people, but that was 15 years ago. I like the changes I have seen in Winnipeg since I left and it really seems that they might actually be able to revitalize downtown now with all the new projects. I really don't have much to say one way or the other about Regina, just seemed really small and very flat

Toronto is like any big city anywhere - with the problems comes plenty of positives.

I've been to Edmonton, Calgary, Saskatoon, Regina, Toronto, Hamilton, and Quebec City. Out of those Toronto & Quebec City were pretty amazing. Saskatoon and Regina were surprsingly nice cities. And I'm the one who voted Edmonton, but I'm biased. Edmonton is capable of holding its own against any Canadian city. Our strengths: *education *health care *arts & culture *international events *economy *sports scene *and in the last 5 years or so, the nightlife - it really has blossomed into something fun and amazing and will only get better as time goes on and the city gets bigger. Our weaknesses include lack of high-end business (which could be due to the leftist, anti-business government Edmontonians elect), sprawl, that stupid mall (if WEM didn't exist we could boast an amazing skyline), big-box stores popping up everywhere, uncooperative relationships with St. Albert and Strathcona County, which should have been annexed years ago. I would also say a dead downtown, but like I said, in the last five years big condos are going up and seedy places shut down, and fun, safe bars and clubs being built. The times, they are changing.

Sadly this is what happens when an inferiority complex spreads from being just about wedding tackle and into other issues.
