I definetly believe there needs to be a team back in Winnipeg immediately. Our sport is not doing so good and this lockout is not helping at all I hate it I miss Hockey. Im from the states and I know one of the southern teams needs to move to Winnipeg it can only be good. Also the NHL should go back to Quebec City there has to be some desire for their to be a team back there. The only place in the states that might be able to support an NHL team for relocation is Houston. I would rather see teams go to Canada though.

If we could only get the NHL to agree.

If we could only get the NHL to agree. Once Bettman's gone, and the Campbell era begins, there should be a migration of NHL clubs to the Great White North!

are we talking about Colon Campbell? is he related in any way to Clarence Campbell? i'd rather see don and ron run the league either way. ;D

6 teams are more than enough... Yes you are right! 6 teams are more than enough for the Soutern US. In fact they have Carolina, Atlanta, Florida, Tampa Bay, Dallas, Phoenix, Nashville, Los Angeles and Anaheim, and San Jose Thats 10 teams! Wow, so 4-5 of those will relocate(which sounds about right) maybe you arent so dumb after all.

Well....I should word that differently.......Attendance wise Canada would probably support 10-13 teams but in todays NHL with the need for strong corporate backing I think realistically your looking at 8 or 9 teams. This is how I see it..... 1. Winnipeg 2. Calgary 3. Edmonton 4. Vancouver 5. Toronto 6. Montreal 7. Quebec City 8. Ottawa maybe.... 9. 2nd Toronto franchise or POSSIBLY Hamilton Attendance would never be a problem but I doubt (some no chance in hell) we'll ever see the NHL in any of these markets.... -Hamilton -Halifax -Saskatoon/Regina -London

I could see eventually a second team in Toronto or possibly Hamilton, but never in Halifax, Sask or London. I think if the Blues had moved to Saskatoon, they would have been long gone by now.

Whats wrong with you shitheads beleiving 6 Canadian teams are enough! Omg move to the Us,if your that happy. We need more. The leaf fan who says 5 is enough is absolutly a Toronto loser! Get a life. If you like 5 teams? which there is six,we will get rid of Toronto and take Winnipeg is that ok with you ? Its ok for southern Us teams but no more then 6 Canadin Teams??? So of you Jackasses make me so sick with your stupidity! If you only want 6 why are we here fighting for the Jets? Think before you type ya Jerk!
