Anyone who is a regular on PrimeTime that is convinced the season is lost, also is convinced Winnipeg will return. I remember McCowan himself saying something like, "it's only a matter of time now."

I am not too sure about hartford but is Quebec a posibility. And why is everyone dismissing Seattle it is afterall a city known to have snow and hockey? Seattle does not have a arena that would meet NHL standards. The Key Arena (built for the NBA Sonics), cannot accomidate hockey, and the owners are dead-set against sharing the arena with an NHL team.

Quebec would be good, but they have two HUGE things against them. 1. No new arena (so likely 0 luxury suites) 2. TAX TAX TAX TAX TAX TAX TAX TAX TAX... This is why the Montreal Canadiens can sell out at 21,000 every night, and still lose money. It's because Quebec has crazy french Tax laws that tax like crazy! Crazy French tax laws! lol
