I was wondering about this for awhile...

We don't have a team since April of 1996, and yet it isnt' hard at all to find jets jerseys... (that is great I am not dissing that)

But why is this?

Sometimes I see the Nords and NOrth Stars.. but I have to say.. JEts are really popular.. and if its cause of demand.. then should that not be another sign?

I sure it has all to do with demand... but I do agree, it is wierd for the Jets to have such a large fan base, I mean, other than Winnipeggers and people who live close by. The team never really accomplished much (thanks Gretzky

) but we did have some talented players, i.e. Selanne, Hawerchuk, Steen, etc...
Perhaps that has something to do with it?!?
