When He "seemed" to care about hockey in Winnipeg. Watching some old news clippings of him on the news back during the Jets last season, he really seemed to care about the NHL being in Winnipeg. It's amazing what a stint in Toronto will do to you......  |

He USED to do the sports for SKY News right here out of Winnipeg. During a few telecasts I have on tape, he talks about how the move of the NHL out of Winnipeg just isn't right, Winnipeg IS a viable city, etc...etc... NOW: After working in T.O and for TSN for the last 10 years, he's sure changed his tune. He doesn't share ANY positive information about his time in Winnipeg...and clearly expresses his views on how he doesn't think Winnipeg SHOULD be given another franchise... He is a real Go Jets Go........arrogant and stubborn. I'm embarrassed to know he got his start in such a fine city as Winnipeg. |
