May not get a chance to be on before the final day/chat, just want to thank Darren for JetsOwner.com, it's purpose it served, creating a "news hub" type of place and bringing awareness to the people who didn't believe the NHL can work in Winnipeg with solid facts, number crunching, ticket pricing etc.
Now Darren may not have been involved with the ownership part of bringing the Jets back, but I feel this site really prepped us all on what to expect for when a team came. Especially ticket pricing. Sure enough, when tickets went on sale, they went pretty damn quick. I feel JetsOwner's pricing chart may (or may not have) helped people decide what they can afford for tickets. (We had years to decide where to sit!)
Thanks to the community for sticking together throughout the "drought" years, always believing and fending off "naysayers". Not sure where i'll end up in terms of an internet community in the future regarding the Jets, but I was glad to be apart Jetsowner community along the way.
Thanks again everyone, if there was a moral to the story of Jetsowner.com its dream big, because you never know what will happen!

A few years ago, before I came here, I searched some boards (IGN and Heights) to see if ROTJ was discussed on them. You pretty much made all the topics and got Go Jets Go on every time. Congrats

Haha I did, didn't know anyone actually read those but yeah everytime i'd get crapped on (especally on IGN).

Jetsowner was like freaking Crack for me...I was on here everyday...My wife thought I had OCD in regards to the ROTJ.
I was and still am truely in awe of some of the members knowledge....from insiders to guys tracking Thomsons flights...The stuff that broke here was so far ahead of the mainsteam media you shake your head in disbelief.
I joined this site in 2003 and to be wearing my brand new Jets T with its amaizing new logo while typing this is beyond sureal..It happend...IT FREAKING HAPPEND!

I was living in the States when I first saw the site 6 years ago, reading all the news kept me up to date and longing to come home, I came home a couple years ago, and now I go select my seats tomorrow!!
