This place has been great! Its bitter sweet having it close down. Sweet because it fulfilled its purpose and bitter because for a lot of us it was our own little secret that we knew and the rest of Winnipeg did not.

Have enjoyed this site so much it's hard to believe it's over, yet, it's just the beginning! Always wear my vintage Jets shirt in Vancouver and look forward to receiving the new one very soon! Just think in a couple of months it will be 'GO JETS GO" for real. Wow!!! Thanks to all esp. Darren! Bob

Well folks,
I guess this is it for all of us on here.
What started out as ROTJ therapy for me, and much to my wife's chagrin, this forum has been a big part of my life. It is here that I connected with everyone else to get the latest news to keep the dream alive.
I'm sure i'll end up on some other forum at a later date, but right now I just wanted to say so long to all those who shared this forum with me.

In case I may not be able to log in and post anymore after this, here's to my farewell post in this board! Thanks Darren for setting this place up for believers in the ROTJ to discuss and band together at a time when believing was considered "crazy"... And the moderators such as Alex and Viv for keeping the place sane for most part.... Anyways best of luck in whatever you set out to do. Plus to the other folks here, I hope I can see some of you guys when I finally get the chance to visit the Peg and take in a Wild-Jets game! Hope to see you some of you guys in the other boards as well and also on my Wild boards! But till then take care and ciao! Thanks again for the memories!  |

Since this is the official last thread (we'll see about that...hah!), I want to thank DF for this website. You kept the hope alive despite a lot of criticism. It's been a blast. Also, a big thank you to Alex/Hendrix for all his work moderating the forum as well as his insights, etc. Thanks to Vivianmb for the moderating also. Great job! Thanks to all the great members who posted articles, comments and opinions. You made this forum worth visiting.
