It looks like you have to sign in with Fbook or twitter, so we won't be able to use our Jetsowner names? Unless theres a way to edit your name once you've been give permission to join?

I already have an account on the Winnipeg Free Press web site, but signed in and I cannot post. Looks like CuJo31 is right. You have to sign in using one of the other methods.
EDIT: I signed up using my Twitter account and I was able to change my username with ease in my profile.

I just signed up, or at least I think I did. I think I am pending approval by admin. In any event, it does appear that you can change your display name once you join.

Sign up with whatever you can. Once you have done that just go to edit profile and you can change your name to your jetsowner username or whatever you want!

I don't have a facebook or twitter account so it looks like I'm staying on Hockey Futures Boards. Just go to google.ca and sign up for a gmail email account. It's easy and quick. I created one a while back for uses like this. I don't use it otherwise, just check it every couple weeks and delete the spam. |

Not a fan of the blog type feeling. I don't want to tweet posts.
What's wrong with a "true" message board?
If I was to start a Jets forum, you think enough members from here would transfer over?
I like the atmosphere smaller forums like this provide, HF, NHL.COM and Jetstream just don't have the same feel.
