The Phoenix Coyotes have more than 1,000 new season ticket holders.
In addition to that, 90% of the Coyotes 2010-11 season ticket holders have decided to extend their commitment through the 2011-12 campaign. That's good news for the Coyotes, especially seeing as their future is as cloudy as ever. Matthew Hulsizer recently withdrew his bid for the Coyotes and has instead turned his attention to buying the St. Louis Blues. It remains to be seen if another viable party expresses an interest in buying the Coyotes and keeping them in Glendale.

So does this mean they're now up to a whopping 3000 season ticket holders? If so, when's the parade. Too funny.

I love how they throw these vague numbers around, but never actually say how many they sold. This is such obvious BS.

Agreed. 90% sounds a lot better than saying 2700 out of 3000 season ticket holders have decided to renew.

I think they actually had 4500 to 5000 Season Ticket Holders last year. So they have 5500 Season Ticket Holders tops right now.

I say move them to Winnipeg. We can sell another 10,000 season tickets, and it would be cool having two NHL teams. We can later sell them to Quebec for a profit.

More PR BS spin from the Jokes! Winnipeg sold more than that amount in a mere matter of minutes and I'm sure Quebec can do the same too! MOVE THE YOTES!
