the 4 polls on the webpage for that link say: will the Nordiques be back for the 2012 NHL season, Which team is most likely to move, Should the Nordiques change their logo once they're back, and Who will be the Nordiques' new coach.

we have a owner, old arena who they can play temporarily and we have 400 millions for the new arena
why 4 on 10 is too confident?

Last I read that was an issue. Playing out of the old arena IS NOT an option UNTIL construction of the new arena has STARTED. Take my word for it, until the deal is done and the ground is broken sadly Quebec is not a blip on the NHL radar.

If GB said to the Quebec group that if you build an arena we will let the Coyotes move to QC and play 2 years at the old rink the government will find a way to get the money. I think 4 out of 10 is very realistic and Quebec is more than a blip on the radar.

The NHL said playing at the old building is not a option. The meter should read 0 until a new buiding goes up ! They will still have to go through the process of buying a team which isn't a slam dunk either. Quebec 2015 if all goes well. The NHL did not like relocating Atlanta one bit and it could make things tougher for Quebec ?

No. Quebecor CEO has stated before a team can play 2-3 years in the old Colisée, as long as it is upgraded (10 millions I think). Knowing that he had already talk to GB, I'm sure he got his blessing before on that point.

I think 4 is fine for now, as they still need to solve the Peladeau deal issue that DeBelleval and Amir Khadir were trying to block. The arena will be built, all money is there and I'm pretty sure once shovels will hit ground during Spring 2013, we will have big chances to see a new team in Quebec afterward.

Great meter. Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery.
Good luck, Quebec! I can't wait for Jets v. Nords in 2012! That's my favourite matchup on NHL 95.

Spread the word: On October 15, 2011 (in Arizona) and December 1, 2011 (in Winnipeg), when the Coyotes are meeting the Jets, we need a joint encounter Winnipeg Jets and Nordiques Nation fans altogether!
