Well, we're up to nine 'verbally confirmed' individuals, including me.
To facilitate my tracking this thing, I've set up an email address:
coyotesroadtrip@mts.net
Fire off an email with:
1. Jetsowner username 2. Real name 3. Number attending 4. Phone number 6. Email address to use if you're sending from an email address you don't want used.
I confirmed the price for the 18 person suite is $1800 plus $25 for a service charge. If we want in-suite dining, we need to order it in advance. It can be as simple as chips and dip or as extravagant as filet mignon. Four parking passes will be provided for underground parking.
We might have a problem if, say, 15 people are interested. We won't fit into the 12 person suite but the price per person would be $120 rather than $100 if we go with the 18 person suite. We'll see how things progress and it hopefully won't be an issue, but it's something to be aware of.

hey, thedeuce, This is probably a dumb question Are we able to leave the Box Suite area and walk around the concourse and other levels during the game/intermissions? There were some Coyotes fans I promised beer to, so I wanted to meet up with them somewhere in the concourse. I'm guessing we won't have any problem doing that with Box Suite tickets? Any idea?

I spoke with the Coyotes rep and he said we can leave the suite level and go to the main concourse if we wanted concessions so I'm betting you'd have no problems meeting up with people in the stands. m.

I have a group of about 12 that are looking into making the trip as well. If there is room in the suite we would probably be interested. If not no biggie you will hear us wherever we are. I will let you know when I have an exact confirmed total.

I will let you know when I have an exact confirmed total. If we can get a group of 40 quickly enough we can get the 50 person suite for $4000 - the same $100 per person price we have to pay for the 18 person suite. A group of 12 would be a big step towards that. I'm not optimistic on that though - 18 should be easy enough though. m.

H & L just mentioned that Continental travel will be hosting 5 trips through out the year (H&L are involved as well). One of the trips is the PHX game, one to New York (NYR, NYI, NJD), one to Flordia (TB & FLA), one other that I can't remember and a Canadian tour (MTL, TO, and BUF).

I'm in, possibly for two. Can you fire off an email to coyotesroadtrip@mts.net so I can add you to the list? Include jetsowner handle, real name, phone number, and number of attendees, if you please! m.

I have a much better idea, tell them you are coming down with 50 investors and you want to take a good look at the team. Your a group that is highly motivated to purchase a NHL team and keep it in Glendale. Tell them the group from Ice Edge push you in there direction and Ice Edge said that the Glendale organization would be more then happy to comp you a suit for a game so you could get a better look at your next possible investment. bet you get your foot in the door. ;D
