A bunch of us plan to head down to Phoenix to catch the Jets game there in October. Does anyone know what are some legitimate websites to get tix at, and if there are any to get them at a better discount?
Thanks in advance!

Does anyone know what are some legitimate websites to get tix at, and if there are any to get them at a better discount? Thanks in advance! Whenever I go to Glendale to watch NHL hockey I deal directly through the ticketing reps and not ticketmaster. These guys can cut deals usually down to the STH prices. If they won't budge at least you are getting the best available seats. I like to sit in section 101 behind the visitor bench. The seats aren't the best for the game but I guarantee that you will make a TV appearance if you are dressed in the visiting teams gear. Getting these seats for anywhere between $135.00 - $170.00 is a good deal. Sit in the Toyota all inclusive rows C-G section 101. I think row C is right behind the bench if I recall corectly. This ticket should include dinner before the game, buffet style with roast beef etc... all you can eat buffet food up until the end of the 2nd period. Three free alcoholic drinks, beer, wine or spirits. All you can drink pop and free pizza and popcorn until the game ends. Sitting in the toyota club VIP lounge before the game also gives you a view of the tunnel when players leave the dressing room for the ice. My ticket rep was Jim Ludwig but some woman has been calling me most recently. PM if you have any more questions. Here is the phone number. You can also contact via e-mail. For package information on the Toyota Club at Jobing.com Arena, please call the Coyotes Premium Sales Department at (623) 772-3888 coyotes.nhl.com/club/page.htm?id=32962coyotes.nhl.com/club/page.htm?id=32965

I'm going to keep this in mind for next time though. Thanks!

Not trying to be rude here but why would any Winnipeger want to help support that franchise in any way. I want them to go bankrupt again, and for Glendale to loose another 25 mil. Jets or not, the only way you would catch me at Coyote's game is with a free ticket. I would watch the game, cheer for the Jets, then leave. I wouldn't even purchase a stick a gum there or pay for parking. Hence I would act like a True Phoenix Coyote Fan!

The Coyotes can suck it, I honestly hate hearing people talking about going to games down there. Go to Florida and/or Tampa Bay if you want cheap tickets, but don't support the friggin Coyotes!

I am actively looking into this as well. Looking at a trip to Vegas and just driving into GLendale for the game. Hadnt considered the club seat option but will now.
On the off chance the NHL hands over the Jets history in a pre-game ceremony, I want to be there for that. If they dont, it's a good chance to see the Jets play in an historic game.
As far as supporting the Coyotes go, I dont want to support them in the sense that now that we have a team, it's ludicrous that all the other teams have to prop up the Coyotes. But now that we have a team, I have to admit, my sense of venomous dislike for the yotes has dissapated and my regards for them as our former franchise has returned.

i can understand wanting to be there for the historic aspects, but thats it. the thought of giving that organization any of my money makes me sick. there are so many other teams you could go visit to see the Jets play. Colombus for example. but, its your choice, not mine and i would never tell any of you how to spend your money. have fun

Well, I'm looking at it as a Vegas vacation with a game day trip to Glendale. So when you consider Vegas, it's really the best option.

Well, I'm looking at it as a Vegas vacation with a game day trip to Glendale. So when you consider Vegas, it's really the best option. Glendale is a 5.5hr drive from Vegas... thats 11 hour round trip, I think you would be better served to fly from WPG direct and back, go on a true Vegas trip.

I'm pretty sure that their home opener will sell out no matter what, so why not fill the place with Jets jerseys? Especially if they're doing some ceremony to give Winnipeg back the history.
It is a one time thing, and one game is not going to make or break that franchise. In fact, I doubt anything can save them, but if they do get saved it won't be because a few people went down from Winnipeg for their first home game.

The original idea was to fly to Glendale and then take day trips to the Grand Canyon and Vegas. But the more I thought about it, the more I realised WTF do I want to go to Glendale for, besides the game? I'm perfectly fine spending a week in Vegas and doing the ten or eleven round trip drive to Glendale for the game.

How about people buy tickets on Stubhub, you can usually get tickets for any team for pretty damn cheap on there. I don't know what the Coyotes will be selling on opening night, but you could get tickets on there for below Season Ticket Holder prices for other games. You're buying tickets for dirt cheap and you're not even giving them any money.
And as long as you don't buy food at the arena, you're not giving them a single dime of your money. And even if you do buy food, as long as you don't go crazy, what's spending $5-15 on food going to make a difference for that franchise anyway?

If I can get a deal on club seats, I promise to eat far more of the free food than my share was worth...
