Cant say Ive seen a player with heart like Buck Pierce for a long time. GO BOMBERS! Yeah and that sound you heard during the game was Bomber nation breathing a collective sigh of relief when he got up from that monstrous hit.

I wasn't worried in the first half because Kevin Glenn hadn't thrown two INT's yet, you can always count on him throwing at least two of them.

2-0 for the first time since 03. Wasnt the nicest win but a wins a win I guess. We play Calgary next week so that will be a big test.

It wasn't a beauty, but there were some very nice plays now and then. It doesn't have to be nice wins as long as it's wins. Even if its a rough all ground game, if we pull out a win that's what counts.

the Bomber D was very impressive. thats the way it was back in the 80's when they were a force. the offence though really needs to pick it up. the recievers need to catch those balls. no excuse for some of those drops. looking preety good overall though. Calgary will be a true test.

Good defensive game. More importantly. Is there any reason in the world why they shouldn't wear those classic uniforms all the time? They are far nicer than recent years.
I agree that this week is a bigger test. Hamilton and Toronto have been a bit TSN hyped but neither team is very good I don't think.

Disappointing missed field goal... Can someone please tell him if he's going to miss to the left all the time, to aim more right?

Yeah, but is that the first time he's missed exactly the same way? I believe it's the fourth time if I'm not mistaken. I know it shouldn't have come down to that, but if this is going to be normal to see in the games we have a problem. Our D is a dominant force. If we can get our O to act similar, we will really start to pick apart teams

In fairness I am not sure he had the length anyway. The returner caught it only a few years in the end zone. Last night was just an unlucky turnover at the end. Otherwise by the sound of it was a pretty good game by the Bombers.
