Hey guys,
So, I've been putting aside $200 a month to go towards my ROTJ fund. I've got over 2 grand now that I plan to put towards aquiring tickets to the season opener.
Unfortunately, I live in B.C. so season tickets are out of the question, however I will do whatever it takes to be there when we blow the roof off "The Hangar".
Obviously tickets to the first game are going to be incredibly sought after. The season ticket holders will get first crack at it, and I'll be lucky if there's a few thousand left to sell afterwards.
Does anyone know what the best way of getting a hold of them would be?
I'm assuming Ticket Master will be the place to start. Obviously no one knows any actual dates, but based on ticket sales for other teams, can anyone give me any sort of clue as to a timeline?
Will the regular tickets go on sale at the same time as the season tickets (or shortly thereafter)?
I'm assuming they will wait until the schedule is out before selling individual tickets, any idea on how long after "the announcement" that will be?
Do they usually sell the season tickets before the schedule comes out?
Also, I know this is pretty much an absurdity, but if anyone gets some season tickets and for some reason can't make the opener, please let me know.
Ideally I'd like 2, but I'm perfectly willing to leave the girlfriend behind, she'd understand. I really don't care where I sit.
Thanks guys!

you can always check kijiji, someone will be scalping tickets at absurd prices. You may need to buy a rock to get the tickets though.

buy seasons, go to first game, resell the rest if you want to be sure!

I've thought about a price I would put on my opening game tickets. I would have to admit, if someone offered me $1500 a seat it would be hard to say no. That being said, I'm sure people will sell theirs for a lot less than that on stub hub, ticket exchange or Kijjikjikjjijijjijijijijijij
