Some people believe (or have speculated) that the rebate may have been set up to put some extra money in the pockets of Manitobans to put towards season tickets. Obviously that isn't true, and I don't understand why everyone is thanking MPI for this rebate. MPI had charged a quarter of a billion dollars more then they needed socked away for a rainy day. It's nice to get money back remember that's your money that you were overcharged in the first place. I don't think anyone was seriously thinking it was all a set up to be able buy season tickets with. If you did your a boob. and I'm super pumped to get a cheque in the mail. If were dealing with privatized insurance companies do you think they would be issuing refunds? ahhhh no. Guy asked a question and I answered it.... I never said I thought or believed anything.....and your absolutely right, if we were dealing with private insurance companies, a $250 Million surplus would be counted as "profit" and we would never see any of it. Doesn't change the fact that it's our money in the first place.

Part of the reason is that large firms will not touch penny stocks no matter the perceived upside so you get the 'wackos' emotional investors buying and selling causing major instability in price. This could be a good thing I made quite a bit of money off these emotional investors, but lost some too because of them. I also noticed throughout the years if there is a way for a deal to fall apart penny stocks usually manage to find it too in my experience (I'm not saying anything about 3power in particular because I didn't do any serious due diligence on it). I don't buy on 'hot tips' I hear on the internet (which I'm kinda regretting at this moment lol), but I did throw 3power in my practice accounts. I wish you the best of luck MRV!! Thanks. Never listen to someone when investing always do your own DD. I had info from Italy on this baby!!! Going to be huge, read the 8-K that came out. More PR and news coming next week. By the way what did you buy the stock at in your practice account? How is it doing? I bought in at 5000 shares at 86 cents (about 4500$ after estimated exchange and estimated commission) it's up just under 130% so far for my practice account. Unfortunately I've been busier then usual at work to spend too much time researching.

I am up $40K in one week. Tomorrow this thing goes wild. Big money is going to flow into it. Will gap in the morning and run all day. My $125k estimate I predicted last week is way off. Looking at 180K to 200K for this week. Will be holding this for years. Nasdaq filling soon and estimates are $50 to $100 share in 1 year. This is not a penny stock, it is a real deal with billion dollar projects that they have coming. They are going to manufacture, build and sell power to countries. Contracts already signed. GLTU!!!!
