Go Wheat Kings!! Not sure where it was said (think team name thread) but really gotta jump onto the local province team...gotta support our province even if the name starts with 'Brandon'.
Gonna probably hit up a Vancouver Giants game this year..not as strong as the last couple years but always put up a good fight regardless. I love the intensity of Junior hockey games.

Saint John is probably gonna be the QMJHL rep. Montreal will give them a fight, but the Sea Dogs have been absolutely dominant against the league, including my Mooseheads and Screaming Eagles. I also want Owen Sound will be the other OHL rep, and Kelowna to be the WHL rep.

I also want Owen Sound will be the other OHL rep, and Kelowna to be the WHL rep. while they weren't as good last year, they were favored (and the #1 seed) and still lost to Moncton in the finals. If anyone can stop them, it's the Juniors. Still praying my Cats can repeat, though it's unlikely having to play the first round in Lewiston :/

I want to see Brandon win, and I would like to see J.P. Anderson win (Don't care about Mississauga too much, but want to see him win)

Moncton's Scott Trask took a dirty hit from Lewiston's Étienne Brodeur. He's been sent to a Lewiston hospital after being taken off the ice on a stretcher. Alex Saulnier tied the game on the ensuing power play.

Quite a crazy day so far, capped by Saint John steamrolling Cape Breton 10-0 and Scott Trask's injury spurring a four goal outburst in a Wildcats win. The Kingston Frontenacs defence goes MIA again in a 10-1 spanking by Oshawa.

Really tough losses to Saint John and Montreal tonight... at least Owen Sound won! Hopefully Kelowna and Chilliwack can win their games as well.

I'm neutral in the OHL because I'm a Greyhounds fan....if only the crossover existed in the "O", though we'd be facing either the Majors or the 67's. As long as Sudbury gets owned, I don't care who wins.

NEW FINAL: Red Deer 5, Edmonton 3 (RD - Nugent-Hopkins: 2 G, 2 A. Definitely a first-overall calibre player.)

Yep, he's a player to watch out for. NEW FINAL: Kelowna 4, Prince George 1 Him and that guy from Drummondville whose name I can pronounce (sounds like Logan Couture's french-canadian cousin) but not spell (I think it's Couterier?)

In other news, Lucas Gore stopped 22 of 23 Spokane shots in the second period alone, as the Bruins take a 2-1 lead to the dressing room. Amazing stuff.
