It's not MH's job to reconstruct anything.... that's COG's job.
All MH could do is open up his wallet and pay for his team by himself.

I think MH opening his wallet is the only way this team can be saved in Phoenix. The questions are, will he, and would the COG manipulate some sort of back door deal to push this through?

Do you honestly expect this guy to spend his life savings and then go bankrupt? "Hulsizer, who has a net worth of nearly $300 million, according to ESPN.com knows what he is getting into, but just to review: Various reports have put the Coyotes losses at $25 to $30 million each season since moving to the Valley from Winnipeg in 1996. Forbes Magazine had the team's value last among NHL teams in 2009. They estimated the team was $2 million below the $140 million the NHL paid for the Coyotes at auction. The Coyotes have a Dec. 31, 2010 deadline imposed by NHL Commissioner Gary Bettman to find a buyer to keep the team in Arizona or sell, reportedly to True North Sports and Entertainment, Ltd., and move the Coyotes back to Winnipeg." www.glendalestar.com/news/headlines/article_1dc7f546-e11c-11df-a191-001cc4c002e0.htmlSo lets say Matty buys the team for 175 Million 300-175 = 125 Million The team at this point in time is losing between 25-45 million per year. So from 2.5-5 years he will be completely broke. His wife is Jennifer Just, who probably controls 50% of that 300 million. They both worked for Swiss Bank Corporation (A criminal Bank which took an active role in trading stolen gold, securities and other assets during World War II). Jenny Specialized in selling equity derivatives, which should also be illegal. Matty also worked for O'Connor & Associates, a proprietary derivatives trading firm. These people are not to be trusted. They specialize in derivatives trading which is basically gambling with other peoples money. I guess that's why they are gambling with the CoG's money and fleecing them by getting CoG to front the cash to buy the team.

If that Swiss bank stuff is true than its all the more reason I don't want that Chicago crook involved.

Keep in mind also, that COG stated quite clearly that "time has run out". To restructure the deal would require more time, negotiation, votes etc.

My question is: Does anyone still think that everything is still a "Done Deal" for the Thrashers?
Surely we'll be getting the Coyotes?

I will bust a nut if after all this, the bonds are rejected and Hulsizer just agrees to pay more money and everything is fine from there on...

My question is: Does anyone still think that everything is still a "Done Deal" for the Thrashers? Surely we'll be getting the Coyotes? It changes daily. I don't see Atlanta finding a new owner and the existing owners have said they are not willing to lose another 20 million (ie; next year's losses). As much as I hate to admit it, I think Phoenix somehow pulls it out and we get the Thrashers.

The only way the Coyotes stay is if someone comes up with $170 million in cash by next week. The NHL isnt going to sit around and dilly dally anymore, they have a buisness they have to run and they can't play games with, "Look he's rich give us a year and we might be able to give him enough money to buy the team." The NHL won't get involved with a lengthy lawsuit if they have any sense left in their heads. Its over for Phoenix unless like I said someone actually has the money

Meanwhile Canadian billionaires have been turned down against all logic, and common sense... If this happens again.....

What's truly amazing is... how did you manage to find a rare photo of jobing.com when it's so empty?!
