My first game was a REALLY long time ago before the Jets were in the NHL. I was pretty young and do not remember too much about it.
However I went to many games over the years, one of my best memories was when a choir I belonged to sang Christmas carols during intermissions. I was not a huge hockey fan like I am now, you could still tell that Winnipeg is a hockey city. Win or lose the Jets had a fan base like no other.
Nothing was like the atmosphere at a Jets game, something I will NEVER forget, to be honest my first Sens game here in Ottawa was a bit of a disappointment as the crowd is nowhere near the same.

My first and last Jets (and NHL) game was in 1994. I was two years old, so I remember very little. Parents told me we were in the lower part of the upper section and we had a pole in the way. I think it was Winnipeg Jets vs Calgary Flames. I would be surprised if you remembered anything at all!!!

Mine was the flyers @ rangers 3/2/02. Simon gagne and eric lindros both scored hat tricks and we won 6 - 5. I taped the game but lost it a long time ago, I still hate myself for doing that.

My uncle took me to a game for my 6th or 7th b-day,can't remember would have been 82-83,JAN18,against the oilers,he gave me a Gretzky jersey but I hated Gretz at the time,Jets lost 5-2 or so,I think Wayner got 3 or 4 points. After the game he asked me if I wanted to wait around to get Gretzky's autograph on the jersey.I said ,"no,I want all the Jets autographs",I still have the game program with all the siggies in it.What happened to that Oilers jersey?I never wore it again and to this day I have not been able to find it.

My first 2 games were watching the Jets play Don Cherry's Colorado Rockies. The first one was when the streak ended, a couple days before Christmas. It a awesome!! The game ended and the fans gave them a standing ovation like they won the president's trophy.

First game somewhere around 86-87...pretty sure against the Flames at the Wpg Arena. I remember getting a chance when I was 9-10 playing hockey to go out on the ice at intermission and take penalty shots against another team's goalie...that would have been 89-90 and I want to say against the Blues. Good times...

first NHL game was during the Jets first year in NHL and it was a 3-3 tie with Buffalo Sabres. The tickets were a birthday present..i would have been 10. i remember my dad bought me a Jets hat and i was surprised because we did not have much money back then. First Jets game in WHA was in their last season and they lost 2-0 to Quebec.

Oct 1980. First Calgary Flames game ever. 5-5 tie with the Quebec Nordiques. My great uncle took me and we had standing room seats in the old Stampede Corral!

86/87, a loss to the Leafs, not sure how bad, but my dad insisted that we leave early because we were getting creamed. The only other thing I remember about the game was that my dad bought me a Jets pin.

I was only 11 when they left and hadn't been to many games so don't remember the details..
I know it was a Calgary Flames game but can't remember the score. I remember how Go Jets Go scared shitless I was of the steep stairs in our obstructed view seats lol remember having to watch the little tv's to catch what actually happened
My best memory is the Teemu rookie record against Quebec, had amazing lower level seats for that one and feel like Teemu poking it past the sprawling goalie is ingrained in my mind for my life.
