If anyone is going, can you please take (and post) some pics of the pressbox work?
Thx! B.

If anyone is going, can you please take (and post) some pics of the pressbox work? Thx! B. Tough to get a good picture due to lighting up there. If you have seen the additional steel work before, the progress is now they have the two staircases in place that lead down from the top level. Last night there wasn't much to see as the curtains were in place. Tonight, as the 300 level is open, it may be possible for someone to get pics of the widening of the concourse up there, but I don't know if there's a whole bunch more that's changed since the pictures of that were posted here a while ago. Looking forward to the game. Last night their goalie sttod on his head a few times. Would like nothing better to get back at them tonight. One other thing-for those hoping we get Phoenix, their farm team (while decent) isnt exactly filled with top prospects (although they're doing well this year).

I was at the game last night, and noticed the tarps and scaffolding have been removed. However, I see no difference from prior to the work beginning. I guess the changes were quite subtle and perhaps a better trained eye will be better able to ascertain what was done.

I took those pics about the wider concessions. Most people wouldn't notice the change unless they had a before pic to compare with. Last I heard it was 7 sections they did. But I wouldn't read too much into anything about this. They could take care of the whole concourse in a month. All they're doing is removing drywall and relocating plugs, sprinkler heads, etc. Very minor alterations, but they gain about 6 or so feet of space because it allows the stand and employees to be under the seating rather than in the middle of the hall.

It was hard to tell what exactly changed up in the corners where the tarps were before. The only obvious difference was the pair of staircases leading down to the new press box area.

I sat in the 300 level right below the pressbox. It looks like they've finished the frame, and just need to close it off. There is a staircase going down.
What I did notice in the corner of the 300 level was what appears to be a shiny new camera platform which took over approx. 4 seats (best guess).
