a 747 holds 416, but of course that can be a give and take depending on airlines, and how they arrange em.

He shouldn't chase an NHL team just yet. He should fix his company first which has been losing ground in the Smart Phone market recently!

The NHL certainly took the "If you build it, they will come" approach with Glendale, and it's failing. Quebec is taking the same approach now, and no one seems to think they'll have a problem getting a team shortly after the arena is finished. But how would you feel if you lived in a hockey-mad area like Hamilton and built an arena for the NHL and still sat without a team for 30 years because a certain city that starts with a "T", end with "oronto" and has "no other sports market exists, and if they do, they don't matter" in between, avidly works to prevent you from getting a team!
Being a former Hamiltonian (and avid despiser of the Toronto sports market and their fans), I can more than sympathize with their pain. IMO, the first step to Hamilton ever getting a franchise is everyone boycotting going to Sabres games across the border until they get their own team. Then either get a new prospective owner, or tell Balsille to smarten up and follow a new approach to acquiring a team (maybe sit under TNSE's wing for a little bit to see how it's done, (even if that approach feels like kissing a certain Commissioner's rear end for a few years.
I honestly wish Hamilton could get a team; they've been more than ready, for a lot longer than we have. I'm pumped that we're in line to get a team right away and are a "wrong that's being righted", but I view Hamilton as a "wrong that may never even have a chance to consider to be righted". It's a darn shame.
GO JETS GO!!!

Sure, it might not pay off and "I'm only 1 man..." but I would despise a US city that had a team even though it couldn't support it and relies 90% on a Canadians to come down and prop the thing up... when those same Canadians are not considered good enough to get their own team. Frankly, that's why I have never been to an NHL game in the US. And I never will until we get the Jets back (and even then, it would only be in a hockey town)

Food for thought;
I was listening to the radio the day the team was sold to Pegula bought the team, Galisano (the Seller) went on record saying he had an offer from someone to purchase the team and relocate it, for more than what Pegula offered, and Galisano turned him down.
Any guesses on who that person might be?

Is Baldsilly still trying to get into the big boys club using the back door? Hasn't this buffoon learned his lesson yet?
