Canada's first soldiers killed in action in over 50 years. (None during the time the Jets were here) About 50 000 new articles of Jets paraphernalia An increase in the value of the CAD by about 25 cents Salary cap Khabibulin, Selanne, Carlyle winning the cup (Who else, I must be missing a few) Some things that haven't changed: 1) Winnipeg's passion for not just hockey, but the Winnipeg Jets. 2) The "I helped save the Winnipeg Jets" sticker I got at the forks when I donated my piggy bank is still on the nightstand beside my bed (although it's in a different house now). Can't forget the other Winnipeg Jets that won Stanley Cups....Kris Draper and Fredrik Olausson and Randy Gilhen and Eddy O (technically) and Oleg Tverdovsky

Some things never change... Lets see: I was born The lockout happened No teams have moved back to Canada We've gone from the N64 to the Wii, PS1 to PS3, Game Boy to 3DS, Sega stopped making their own consoles... My high school was built Lots of stuff's happened, now let's make it more than 6 NHL teams!
