Does anyone know if True North will be selling PSL's in order for someone to purchase season's tickets? I think these PSL's are good for life and can be sold to others. Apparently, the Bluejackets did this when they got their expansion franchise.

Not sure what the cost will be exactly OR how it will work but, currently, Season Ticket holders can pay an extra $250-500 a seat to ensure they get first dibs at all concert tickets when available as well as automatic seat selection for future seasons. ( Although, I'm not sure if this is part of the Seat LIcenses ). I'd imagine they would charge something next year.

Quebec is doing that to a certain extend to finance the new arena. It's $1500 for upper bowl, $3000 for the highest seats in the lower bowl and $5000 for the lowest seats. However, only a few people bought them (2700 in 2 years) because they do not want to buy seat licenses until they are guaranteed a NHL team. Besides that they allow donations up to $100. This is the site jaimaplace.com/en/page/new-spectator-sports-complex-quebec-city .
