Hey all!
OK, I'll take the bull by the horns here and make this the 'Official' road trip to Glendale thread.
Here's the deal:
The Coyotes home opener is in Glendale on October 15th at 4 PM.

We can get a suite for around $100 per head. The smallest suites are 12 people, the largest are 32 (IIRC).
This could truly be epic. The entire suite in Jets jerseys, showing a taste of a real white out. I'll book the suite in my name to help things along but I'll need some serious confirmation (ie Paypal, cleared cheques, cash in hand) before I hand over the credit card. If we got to 12 names quickly enough I'd try to book the smaller suite while retaining the option to upgrade to a bigger suite. I don't know if that's allowed but if it is I'll take advantage of it.
One thing that might sway your opinion one way or the other is the media matter. I'm buddies with Ross Romaniuk of the Winnipeg Sun and I suggested that he could join us and make a story out of it. He liked the idea and might run with it. Nothing confirmed there, but we should be aware of it if some of us are hiding from creditors and don't want to be pictured in the local tabloid.
So, that said, everyone can pick either yay or nay above. I didn't put a 'maybe' option because I'm gauging confirmed interest.
Also, when expressing interest, let me know if you want an 'official Old Jets vs. New Jets' Blast Horn:

These puppies are LOUD! I have one for the Blue and it's every bit as loud as they advertise and more. 18 of 'em in one suite will make a good and proper statement about what Jets Fans are all about.
Let's get cracking! I'm hoping to have enough support to start booking in a couple of weeks.
Also, if anyone wants to look into another Hummer limo for the post-game activities, let us know. With a 4 PM MST start there will be a long night of barhopping available to us.
We have plenty of time, let's do it up right.
If anyone has suggestions for hotel, feel free to post. Also, if anyone has a Gulfstream 5 we can use, it would be appreciated.
